Pamela has over 15 years of Interior Design and Hospitality Procurement Experience, with a focus in fullservice, lifestyle/boutique & luxury hotels & resorts. Pamela has worked hands on, on projects of all sizes and scopes to include custom hotels, chef inspired restaurants and senior living facilities. With a background in interior design, Pamela has an extensive understanding of hospitality interior spaces, functionality, safety, and code requirements as well as ensuring all elements are aligned with the client’s vision and budget requirements. Pamela also has extensive product knowledge and long-lasting relationships with various ownership and management groups, interior design firms and hospitality vendors throughout the US and abroad.

At Carver & Associates Pamela is first in line of communication with clients and vendors. In collaboration with the Interior Design Department, she manages the initial execution and development process for all existing and prospective FF&E and OS&E Interiors Procurement opportunities. Pamela identifies and tracks the full project scope, as well and preliminary schedules, and budgets. She develops, and implements all RFP, proposal, and project agreement documentations.

In partnership with our Global Business Development team, she creates new business and marketing strategies, assesses emerging industry trends, and finds ways to use those to create new business, develop and online presence and expand the visibility of Carver & Associates in the hospitality industry.
